Functional expert for Master Data Management (MDM) packaged software. Lead and coordinate software implementation projects while following best-practice processes. Provide planning, installation, administration, monitoring, maintenance, support and troubleshooting of Stibo STEP MDM. Manage and troubleshoot data loads, integrations, workflows, and batch processes within Stibo STEP MDM.

Oversee the design, implementation, and management of BrightSign’s IT infrastructure. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of network architecture, system administration, and cybersecurity to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the company's IT systems. This position works closely with the IT partners and other departments to align IT strategies with organizational goals. This role will report to our IT Director.

As an Atlassian Systems Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing and optimizing our Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, and related tools. You’ll ensure seamless system administration, user support, and continuous improvement of our internal platforms to meet evolving business needs. Your work directly impacts how teams across the organization collaborate, track progress, and deliver results.

Configure and maintain Google Workspace services in line with current best practices. Monitor system health, optimize performance, and perform regular reviews of security and compliance posture. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, documenting solutions to enhance internal knowledge sharing. Lead the deployment and configuration of Workspace applications, ensuring reliability and usability for all users. Drive the integration and adoption of AI-driven tools—especially those powered by Gemini—within the Workspace ecosystem.
